GolfPro is our point of sale module.  With its easy item selection, multiple pay method capability and additional options such as gift certificate tracking, member pricing, rain check printing, credit card processing, and seamless transition to tee time system really keep things moving in the pro shop all while tracking inventory!

TeeTime

Tee time reservations need to be quick, effective and easy to modify. When it comes time to make a tee time and a sale is currently in progress simply press a function key and the sales is suspended and the tee time can be reserved.  Click the function key again and return to that same sale that you were previously working on.  With its drop and drag capabilities adding and moving tee times is a click away.  Also track member and guest rounds played by day for 9 and 18 holes.

Mem-Trac

Tracking members and their dues is simple with our member module.  Simply pick a membership type for each member and you are on your way to printing invokes.  The module includes a flexible finance charge ranging from 0 to 100% on unpaid charges.  Tax time has never been easier with our tax report.  We also include an export function to export to your general ledger.

Food and Beverage

The Food and Beverage module is versatile enough to work in your Snack Shop, Bar, or Dinning Room.  Serving your members will never be easier with this touch screen food and beverage program.  Simply touch the user defined menu button to add items to the chit.  When the sale is complete simply select the payment method or enter the members account number and charge it to there monthly statement.  This system also sends the order to the kitchen and the bar area to prepare the meal and drinks for the server.  It does not get any easier than this and your club can not be without the food and beverage module.
